How it Works
Langton's Ant is a cellular automaton. The rules are simple:
- At a white square, turn 90° right, flip the color of the square, move forward.
- At a black square, turn 90° left, flip the color of the square, move forward.
Despite simple rules, the ant creates chaotic behavior initially, followed by a repetitive "highway" pattern.
